Purpose
The Coalition is a public-private knowledge and cooperation structure. Its founding partners signed a declaration of intent in Willemstad on 12 November 2025, during the Quantum Awareness and Security Roundtable at Blue NAP Americas.
Together, the partners intend to:
- Raise awarenessOf the impact of quantum computing on digital security, cryptography, financial stability and data integrity.
- Build knowledgeThrough research, education, workshops and training.
- Shape policyDevelop guidelines, standards and regulatory frameworks for quantum-resistant security, public and private.
- Cooperate internationallyWith knowledge partners such as the Quantum Gateway Foundation (NL).
- Position CuraçaoExplore how Curaçao can become a Quantum Safe Knowledge and Awareness Hub for the region.
Good to know. The declaration is not a legally binding agreement. It records a shared intention to cooperate and share knowledge, with respect for each partner's own mandate and responsibilities.
